When you place an online order with us and pay via CommWeb, we will authorise a payment covering the total of your order. This amount will be unavailable for you to spend elsewhere while we prepare your order. When the order is ready to ship the invoice total may be less than the original authorised amount (for example if we are not able to supply an item, or the leather we pick is not quite as large as ordered). In this case we will only capture the invoice total, and the difference will be returned to your available balance. We still retain the authorisation to charge the difference up to, but never more than, the original total. We may use this facility if an item or items are backordered to be sent in subsequent shipments.
Leather will usually be shipped rolled. If you have a preference for your leather being rolled grain or flesh out, please let us know in the Special Instructions field at checkout.
Australia-wide shipping is free for orders over $100 Excluding GST. We will provide you a quotation for international or express shipping. If additional shipping is to be charged, we will send a PayPal payment request, or call for payment.
We will ship to the address provided, so please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
If we are unable to ship your entire order within 5 business days, we will contact you by email or phone.
Orders may be sent in multiple shipments, and may be shipped from either our Victoria or Queensland warehouses.
We ship using various carriers, based on the size of the parcel and your address. If you have a preference for a particular carrier (for example Australia Post), please let us know in the Special Instructions field at checkout.
Once shipped, orders for Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide metro areas may arrive overnight, however we are unable to guarantee delivery time. Deliveries to other capital cities and major regional centres will usually arrive within a week, while more remote areas can take longer.
