We source this waxed braided polyester from Europe, specially for high quality hand sewn leather projects. At 1mm thick with a slightly flat profile, it's ideal for saddle stitching veg-tanned leather. The wax holds the stitches in place as you sew, and with correct technique you'll be able to produce neat, even stitches. Will fit through the eye of harness needles in sizes 2, 1, 1-0 and 2-0.m Sold by weight in 100 gram spools. Orange colour.
